How long are records available for viewing?

This depends on the type of notice or report the record contains. All registered information is automatically removed from the CIS database at the end of the period, which starts on the reference date. The reference date can be found in the fourth line from the top in the record. You will not be notified when this information is removed.

Claim notices are removed after five years.

Confidential notices in connection with cancellation due to non-fulfilment of contractual obligations are removed after five years.
Confidential notices in connection with cancellation due to non-fulfilment of financial contractual obligations are removed after three years.

The External Reference Index (EVR) falls under the rules of the Protocol in respect of the Incident Warning System for Financial Institutions and is held in the CIS database for a maximum of 8 years. 

Driving disqualifications are removed five years from the last day of the disqualification.
